The house was built around 1930 as a small shoe factory. Later, it was repurposed as a residential home. In early 2018, we purchased the old shoe factory, and after several years of renovation, it was transformed into this charming holiday home with a lovingly designed garden.
The holiday home, with approximately 120m² of living space, a garden, and a large terrace, is available for your exclusive use—you will share the house only with your travel companions.

The modern furnished holiday apartment, approximately 53 m² in size, offers comfort for 2 people.
Access to your holiday apartment is via a separate entrance.
The daylight bathroom is well-equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. A hairdryer, bed linen, and towels are provided for you. Insulated glass windows and underfloor heating in all rooms are a given for us.
